COMPANION COURSE: How to Move the Pain Out of Your Body

This guided audio course consists of 2 playlists that are 90 minutes each (for a total of 180 minutes.) The playlists are broken into segments, allowing you start and stop individual exercises and Movement Experiences exactly as you see fit.
Anne Asher is a movement educator, and a certified personal trainer and health coach with over 25 years’ experience. She is the founder of Posturally, LLC, a company that helps people help themselves out of pain without the use of drugs or surgery.
As a recognized leader in the field of holistic pain management, Anne has been quoted and featured in major media outlets including Wiley, Conde Naste, the American Council on Exercise and About.com, formerly a division of The New York Times Company.
She is also an award-winning health journalist specializing in spine and holistic pain management.
In her spare time, Anne loves to perform, especially movement based theater. She's performed in museums, on Zoom and on "regular 'ole" stages.
