I'm American Council on Exercise-certified as a trainer and health coach. I'm also certified as an ergonomic evaluator.

When I was younger, my dreams of being a dancer and a triathlete were shattered by posture issues galore. Due to pain and muscle tension, recovering from just a single workout would take me months.

Ouch!  

My desk job didn’t help – to say the least.  

Sitting all day amplifies whatever is going on to an almost infinite degree. It’s exhausting, too. More exhausting than a hard workout. Go figure.  

So, I sought the cure, which turned out to be a mix of things, like:

1. Developing my posture skill set
2. Learning mind-body moves and posture exercises to do at work and at home
3. Getting a grasp on office ergonomics.
