The dizzying world of chair features and adjustments is a lot easier to understand when you have posture knowledge to go with it.
I help people with office jobs work with good body alignment. Good body alignment makes it so your workstation conforms to you and not the other way around.
It's a recipe for computing in comfort, great posture and reduced stiffness and pain.

Hi, My name is Anne. I'm a certified ergonomic evaluator, personal trainer and health coach.
I take a somatic approach to office ergonomics and desk posture.
I created Office Chair Confidence because I've witnessed so many people struggle with confusion and lack of motivation as they try to set up their office chair properly. As a result, they give up on the process, and give in to working in pain all day.
And I know from personal and professional experience that working with good body alignment is key to pain relief and burnout control.
So, as a bonus, I'm offering the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have in my new community, the Hey, Office Worker! community
Think: as many "mini - ergo evals" as you need just for buying this bundle!

The Office Chair Confidence Bundle is for anyone struggling with pain or poor posture made worse by computer work. If you've looked at diagrams for chair features and felt lost or hopeless - like "it's too much of a mountain to climb to try to get this done right," this Bundle is directed at you. (I've been there, too. :) )
Good news! You can get guidance, feedback and questions answered by joining our Hey! Office Worker community. Post there and you will have my undivided attention as a mini-service. Mini-services last around 15 minutes. This is a bonus that comes with the course. I am certified as an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and have decades of experience helping people improve posture and reduce or eliminate chronic musculoskeletal pain.
This is different for different people; it's not possible to predict when or even if you'll fully achieve freedom from pain as you work, total comfort as you compute or stellar posture. Factors that determine success include but are not limited to:
1. Your effort with the adjustments and body alignment tips.
2. Any existing, ingrained posture and movement habits you bring to the experience.
3. The presence of any medical conditions whether diagnosed or not.
4. Other factors.
If you use good body alignment principles and your own sense of physical comfort as your guide throughout the process, you're in the right direction. And the Bundle resources - including my forever mini-eval service - will always be there for you.
Based on the fact that every item you access in Office Chair Confidence is downloadable and that any answers to questions you put into our Hey, Office Worker! community are not only tailored to you specifically, and in some cases function as mini-services, and will likely be insight, knowledge or help you may not have found elsewhere, we are not in the position to grant refunds.
If your question is not listed here, feel free to reach out using this form (our support page.)
