I'm a posture geek who enjoys simplifying complex info about the body so that regular people can apply it.
I am the founder of Posturally, LLC, and an ergonomic trainer and consultant, plus a personal trainer, health coach and yoga teacher. For over 25+ years, I’ve helped people help themselves out of pain and discomfort using body alignment and movement.
I’m also the author of How to Move the Pain Out of Your Body: A Woman's Holistic Guide to Easing the Pain and Getting Strong Again.
